About the triple sheave block with safety hook

The triple sheave block has a malleable iron body with a galvanised finish and 3x grey iron plain bore sheaves for use with a fibre rope, however it is also available with steel sheaves and sintered bronze bush or ball bearings which is better for use with wire rope.

Proof load tested, certification on request.

The minimum breaking load is MBL = 5 x WLL.

This 3 sheave block comes with a safety hook as an anchoring point for optimum safety. We do have this triple block with an eye fitting also available.

If you don't need the 3 sheaves then check out the others in our sheave block range; there are single and double blocks available with either an eye or safety hook fitting as well as some snatch blocks which are great for changing the pull direction. Ropes can be supplied according to your needs with wire rope being a specialty of ours. Make sure you check the specs first to ensure you use the correct diameter of rope for your block, using an incorrect diameter can result in damage to the rope and/or sheaves which can impact the safety of the operation.
