There are 3 adjustment settings to enable it to be used for both children and adults. There are different coloured webbing loops to easily identify size ranges, small = 2 black sternal loops & 1 red sub-pelvic loop (30kg min weight); Medium size = 2 red sternal loops & 1 red sub-pelvic loop; XL (max weight 150kg) = 2 blue sternal loops & 1 blue sub pelvic loop. The loops must be bound together by a connector to close the harness.
