There are 2 air hoist models available here, the TCR500 with 1 chain fall and the TCR-1000/2 with 2 chain falls.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
You should always check the air pressure and hoses prior to each use to ensure there are no faults that could cause damage. The inlet air pressure is 4-6 bar and must never exceed 7 bar. 5-6 bar is the optimum operating pressure with maximum speeds only obtained when working at the stated 6 bar (90 psi) in the specifications. You should also check filters, air flow and all connections.
When installing the air hoist or running checks you must follow the manufacturers instructions to ensure you hoist is safe to operate.
We have numerous air hoists available at Lifting Gear Direct, with many from Red Rooster, we also have a selection from Yale and JDN for you to compare. It goes without saying that a correct air supply will be needed to operate these types of hoists. If you don't have one and don't want the expense of installing an air system then you could try an electric hoist instead.
There is a great choice of electric chain hoists on our website which can lift loads with small or capacities. Take a look at the models on offer, there is sure to be on to suit your requirements.
