About the Power Liftket & B13 Electric Hoists

Thanks to the modular suspension design both hoists in this collection can be built to suit a variety of needs. The building block principal also enables you to change the suspension type with ease; what's more you can also convert the hoist from a single fall to a double fall and visa versa by using a special hook block with chain sprocket /gear in place of the basic type hook tackle.

Suspension types include hook (B13 only), eye or electric trolley options. The power Liftket uses a double trolley system.

The suspension eye is off centre and can be fitted either way depending on the number of chain falls to ensure the centre of gravity is in line with the bottom hook. The suspension hole is fitted to the right for single fall and to the left for a double fall as the 2 fall system offsets the centre of gravity. 

The hoists come with a 3 meter height of lift and a 1.5 meter control cable as standard with 24V AC low voltage control.

Electric limit switches and hoist brake, disc brakes, gear ventilation, chain storage box, load chain guides, low voltage controls and control pendant are some of the other key features of these Liftket electric hoists.

Liftket B13 electric hoist

The smaller of the two models is the Liftket B13 which is available in lifting capacities ranging from 4000kg up to 12500 kg. For the suspension of the hoist you can choose from a simple suspension eye, a suspension hook or an electric trolley. The hoist can be used on a single or double chain fall for any suspension type.

When using with an electric trolley it should be noted that this particular trolley for the B13 is not suitable for girder bends. The control box containing the low control contactors is attached to the trolley's side for quick and easy accessibility.

Power Liftket Electric Hoist

The power liftket models (235) have the highest lifting capacities of all. The safe working load limits range from 8000 kg right up to 25000 kg. With the choice of a heavy duty suspension eye or electrically powered trolley this hoisting system offers a great heavy duty lifting option which also boasts easily changeable configurations. You may change the suspension type, chain fall (1 or 2) and the height of lift.

Single fall operation is available up to 12500kg SWL and can't be converted into a 2 fall. The double fall option uses a double trolley configuration using 2 x 12500kg trolleys. This enables even distribution of the load up to 25000 kg. The second trolley is wired into the first trolley which is operated by the controller.
