These industrial lifting bags are made from a high tenacity polyester material which has a tensile strength of 400/380DAN. What's more they are rigorously tested to destruction to ensure a high safety ratio. They comply to SI2307 & EN1492-1 and full certification and serial numbers come with each bag.
Each open top lifting bag comes with clear labelling stating the safe working load and has the option to add a clear pocket window in order to display other pertinent information should you require.
These bags incorporate two lifting slings which are heavy duty in nature an so can handle arduous loading. Each sling has 3 straps connected with a stainless steel ring to encompass the bag on all sides finishing with 2 straps on the length and one on the width. Each sling then has an extension strap connected to the sling ring which terminated with a further stainless ring which is used for the lifting point.
There are 5 different physical sizes available with the longest being some 900mm long by 540mm wide and 240mm high, you can find out all the specific measurement of each size in the specifications tab above. Working load limits start at 200kg and max out at 1000kg so pretty heavy loads can be lifted with the OTLB lifting bag.
There are various choices to be made prior to ordering your open top lifting bag.
Firstly the bag comes with a soft bottom as standard however you may choose to add a rigid polyethylene tray to the outside for optimum stability and protection against wear and sharp objects. Hard internal trays are also available to help with the bags stability/rigidity.
Optional clear document windows may be added as well as bespoke labelling if required. Lastly there is a choice of 10 colours to choose from.
