Designed for cutting high tensile grade 10 chain with diameters up to 16mm this chain cutter will make light work of your chain cutting tasks.
Positioning of the chain in the cutter is easy thanks to its open design. It can be operated using the standard hand or motor pump with the recommended pump – power pack being model PY-04/2/5/2m.
This cutter has a maximum cutting force of 23 tonne so has plenty of power for tough tasks. It features a stable body and incorporates 2 hardened steel cutting blades which are easy to take out and can be re-sharpened when necessary.
There is a chain support for larger chains for better placement and stability to ensure you cut in the right place each time. There is an opening in the base of the cutter which allows metal chips and splinters to fall through so they won't clog up the mechanism.
For added protection the YCC has an acrylic glass protection panel to allow safe monitoring of the cutting process.
The built in hydraulic cylinder is single acting with a spring return.
