The HLLB large lifting bags are ideal for lifting larger loads. Our largest bag is 3200mm long x 1100mm wide x 1000mm high with a SWL of 1000kg. Many other sizes are available at Lifting Gear Direct.
Heavy duty polyester material is used for the main construction of these lifting bags and the seams are taped for extra durability.
The heavy duty lifting sling which has stainless lifting points is sewn into the bag and offers good support across the base, however if you would like more rigidity then you can opt for either a hard inner base or an outer hard tray. The hard outer tray may be covered in the same material as the main bag if desired, this adds a smoother finish for lifting with less chance of the edges getting caught.
The bag can be closed up securely using the heavy duty double velcro fastener which runs the whole way across the top of the lifting bag. With the double fastener, the top edges of the bag are secured with the first line of velcro, then this is folded over and secured to a second velcro strip. This provides optimum security for the contents. Additional finger grips have been added to make opening the velcro easier.
Due to the size of these large lifting bags additional handles have been incorporated; there are 4 in total one on either side and one at each end. These heavy duty handles make it much easier to handle the bag whether loaded or not.
You can choose from ten colours for your HLLB large lifting bag; red, orange, yellow, light green, dark green, light blue, dark blue, purple, black and silver.
As mentioned above, internal or external hard liners or trays can be added for maximum rigidity and protection to the bottom of the bag which can easily become damaged through constant dragging.
