The FBBT fork mounted big bag lifter can handle loads up to 1000kg and are easy to fit to the forks of your forklift truck. Bulk bags can become quicker and easier to load and unload thanks to the retaining claws to hold the bag firmly in place.
By using the FBBT big bag lifter you can utilise your forklift truck to lift and move standard sized big bulk bags in a safe and effective manner. This bulk bag lifter is ideal if you handle bulk bags on a regular basis. They are much easier and safer than lifting a loaded bag directly on the forks which can slip off more easily and potentially cause damage to the lifting loops.
The FBBT incorporates a claw at each corner which prevents the bag loops from sliding around and becoming detached. The distance between the claws is 1000mm. These bag handlers also provide better load stability by spreading the loads forces evenly across the attachment and forks.
The FBBT forklift attachment for handling bulk bags will fit maximum fork sizes of 140 x 60mm with a spread of 755mm. The pockets slide directly onto the forks, you can drive the forklift straight in! and they are secured with a heel retaining pin at the rear.
Made from high quality steel sections and welded for strength the FBBT attachment is fully tested and certified to the machinery directive 2006/42/EC. A Certificate of conformity is supplied and the device is CE marked.
