Key Features of the Imer Airone Builders Hoist

The Airone is specially configured for easy installation due to better weight distribution; it incorporates a telescopic arm which can extend to 1100mm with the added bonus of the lifting capacity remaining the same whether it is fully extended or not at all. In addition the arm raises the position of the load hook which helps considerably when unloading materials; they make it easier to pass objects through windows for example.

Incorporating a positioning lever the Airone is easy to position with more precision. There is an upper limit device for extra safety and has an IP65 direct control pendant with a 1.5 metre cable. The self braking motor has a magnetic device and an IP67 plug. There is a pre-arrangement for all supports (not gantry) on the 200N model.

The special prop and ballast container seen in the pictures are optional accessories and often recommended. The Airone 300 new has the possibility to add an optional column prop with a maximum capacity of 300 kg.
