About the PA Series of Hydraulic Stacker Trucks

Unlike the WS winch pallet stacker the PA series uses a hydraulic system for lifting rather than a winch. This is still regarded as a manual stacker truck as you still need to pump the handle to increase the hydraulic pressure to lift the forks. Although with lifting heights per stroke/handle pump between 10 and 20mm (depending on model) and using the latest hydraulic pump technology the effort is quite manageable.

The forks of the pallet stacker truck are manufactured from a single piece of C section steel in order to make them as strong as possible. The forks can also be adjusted in width from around 346mm up to 710mm. This enables loads and pallets of many different sizes can be handled with the PA pallet stacker.

Whatever the size of your pallet and load it must always be positioned at the centre of gravity as closely as possible, this is to keep the truck stable. If the load is unbalanced it could cause the truck and load to tip and potentially cause harm.

Pallets generally come loaded with heavy goods. Both pallet and load need to be off loaded on arrival and moved with further transportation likely.
