These couplers generally incorporate
a male and female end to fit seamlessly together. We can supply two
couplers; a 3/8” PT hose coupler and a 3/8” cylinder coupler,
both are the ball type.
Because hydraulic equipment uses high pressures the hoses and couplers need to form a perfect seal to prevent leakage, our ball type coupler will achieve this connection as they are self sealing. The inner balls seal the entrance to prevent hydraulic fluid from leaking out even when uncoupled.
The hydraulic hose’s are built up in layers usually with thermo-plastics and steel fabrics to make them super strong against the high pressure fluids they will be submitted to. We have 4 models to choose from; a 700, 1000, 1800 & 2500 bar pressure hoses.
