Key Features of the Hacketts Dual Speed Chain Hoist

When this hoist is holding a load the lifting and lowering speeds are the same as a standard chain block, however when it is unloaded the bottom hook can be raised and lowered into your chosen position up to 5 x faster, this will make attaching a load much quicker therefore saving time. With a great choice of working load limits up to 50 tonne this chain hoist would be a very efficient purchase for the workplace.

Load sensing automatic speed transmission is incorporated into the design which is the first chain block to do so in this field. This feature enables smooth speed changes between high and standard speeds without the need for a neutral position.

An overload limiter is available on request and this hoist is fully tested, reliable and safe.

More Features & Benefits

This manual chain hoist has many more features incorporated into its design including a hand chain joiner which enables joining the hand chain without cutting links. The hoist also has twin pawls for double the safety and safety latches on both top and bottom hooks. These latches are integrated with the hook's tip to ensure a strong closure.

The load chain complies with international standards BS EN818-7 Grade T (8).

The temperature range in which this hoist can safely be used is -40 to +120 degrees.

Fleeting and cross hauling can be achieved with up to 45 degrees from vertical without de-ration.
