About the GT Push Travel Trolley

This push travel beam trolley is ideal for use with manual and electric hoists.

The GT push travel beam trolley is easy to fit to a beam with flange sizes up to 220mm wide. This is carried out by resting the wheeled side plates on the beam flange and twisting the central screw pin to pull them in until a secure fit is achieved. Removing the trolley is the same in reverse. Additional washers are used to ensure a good fit over a range of beam sizes, please refer to the specifications to see the flange size range for each model.

The screw adjuster pin has been drop forged to give a strong connection. The pin also incorporates a central lifting eye, this is where you can attach your chosen lifting equipment, and always ensuring the attachment sits neatly in the centre and is not forced through in any way.

The 4 hardened steel wheels are fitted to the side plates which include wheel guards for extra safety. High grade steel ball bearings are used in the wheels to ensure smooth and precise running across the beam.

Available Sizes

There are no less than 5 models in this range of push travel beam trolleys which have differing safe working loads and beam flange size range. The smallest model has a 500kg WLL and the largest model has a maximum 5000kg safe working load. The full specifications can be found above.
