Suitable for lifting loads up to 2000kg (depending on the model chosen).
These easy to handle lifting gantries are much lighter than our standard steel mobile gantries, just 45kg for the smallest model, therefore they are easier to handle, transport and set up.
The inclusion of swivelling castors (with brakes) makes for or easy manoeuvrability. This means that they can be moved around to wherever you may need them, a bonus when working out on site. Levelling feet are another option you can choose from, these provide much more stability to the gantry when used on un-even ground.
Custom aluminium gantries come with fold a up leg design to make them more compact for storage and transportation. There are also a couple of carry handles which further aid in its handling.
These gantries are relatively easy to erect. There are 3 main parts ( 2 x a frame legs and a beam) which fit together with bolts, and a trolley; once the parts are secured together with the push in pins the gantry can be put up in 2-3 minutes, two or more people are recommended for this task. The aluminium lifting gantry will require 2-4 people to erect manually depending on its size.
The incorporated manual trolley system is fully encapsulated for optimum safety, and provides a secure anchor point for your chosen lifting hoist. Should you require a hoisting system such as a chain block we can supply these too.
To further customize your aluminium gantry we have a range of options you can choose from. Levelling feet are a popular choice and ideal when the gantry is to be used in areas where the ground may be uneven.
Securing chains for the pins are a good choice as they prevent the locking pins from being lost.
There is also a winch kit and festoon system for electric hoist use are also options to consider.
