About the Camlok TPZ Board Clamp 

The TPZ board clamp does exactly what its name implies, it enables easier handling of plasterboard, MDF, wood, stone and plastics due to the high grip large pad area. It is just one of many Camlok products you can order from Lifting Gear Direct. 

Usage & features

Commonly used on construction sites, production facilities and building sites. The gripping jaws are lined with large rubber pads to help to protect the materials. 

Easy to operate and secure in place with the locking lever, once secured, this clamp can also be used for lifting and turning materials through 90 degrees, enabling you to pick up in a vertical orientation and set down horizontally. 

There are a total of four different Camlok TPZ models to consider, each of which is differentiated from its siblings by its WLL, its jaw capacity and its weight as a unit. 

For lighter lifting operations, the TPZ400 provides a maximum capacity of 400kg, with a lower limit of 20kg required to ensure safety. It also offers a 55mm jaw capacity and tips the scales at 8kg in its own right. 

For the heavier tasks, the TPZ750L enters the fray with the ability to grab boards weighing up to 750kg in its 120mm jaws.
